Savor the Flavors of Paris at Le Kavacha French Bistro

Looking for a new spot to try? Le Kavacha French Bistro is one of the newer spots on the D.C. dining scene, serving up French fare that’s earning rave reviews from locals and visitors alike. They offer lunch and dinner, with either prix fixe or a la carte menus. Prix Fixe is always a fun way to try something new, so it comes highly recommended.

The lunch prix fixe menu features your choice of appetizer, entree, and dessert for only $27.00. A pretty great deal! Favorite features are the salmon tartare with dill and pickled ginger for appetizer, bacon-wrapped pork medallions for entree, and crepes Suzette with orange butter sauce for dessert. Dinner prix fixe offers the same deal for $42 per person and some different options. For your appetizer, in true French fashion, try the escargots in garlic and basil butter, followed by the duck leg confit with braised cabbage, apples, fingerling potatoes, and orange sauce. Then, finish with the creme brulee torched to perfection! Add a glass of French wine, and you’ll be happy as a clam.
