Find Upscale Takes on Chesapeake Bay Seafood at Estuary

Acclaimed chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio’s latest venture is Estuary, an upscale eatery that celebrates the bountiful fruits of the Chesapeake Bay and it’s surrounding regions. Seafood is a focal point of the extensive menu, with a variety of sharable plates and entrees featuring fresh fish and crustaceans. 

There are lots of meat dishes here, too; the cedar plank salmon sits cozily on the menu alongside hearty dishes like aged beef rib eye and lamb pastrami. Partly because Estuary is located in the Conrad DC, it also offers lighter breakfast and lunch selections to hotel guests and foodies in search of something specials. The earlier meals put the same spotlight on locally sourced ingredients, and you can customize your experience with one of their signature meals or a la carte items. 

Estuary is open daily for breakfast and lunch, and closes mid-afternoon to prepare for the 5 p.m. dinner service. Make your reservations online, especially if you visit during dinner.
